In the night, I went to bed after eating pills; I had a good sleep in that night. I felt the pills were good. But later, my mother thought that the pill had some side effect so I wasn’t able to eat them in future. I did as my mother said.

At first, I felt it was OK. But little by little, I began to feel anxiety again. In this period, my mother worried about me as well. Later, I mother heard of the valerian tea maybe is good for me. So she got some and gave them to me. At first, I thought maybe the valerian tea had no effect. But, later, I realized that the valerian tea is natural herbs for anxiety. My parents and I felt very happy.
